To maintain maximum Performance Ratio (PR) and secure long-term system uptime on this megawatt-scale Commercial & Industrial (C&I) asset, TDM carried out a detailed maintenance and diagnostic scope:
Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM): Structural mounting torque checks, visual inspections, array cleaning to eliminate soiling loss, and physical integrity audits across the PV array.
Electrical Diagnostics & Thermal Imaging: Infrared thermography scans for early hot-spot detection, DC/AC cable insulation testing, string-level electrical verification, and inverter parameter calibration.
HSE & Working-at-Height Compliance: Strict adherence to high-standard industrial safety protocols and fall protection management during rooftop operations.
